STEADY GROWTH
Other than a brief period when rum runners made their living smuggling liquor into the States during Prohibition, the Crowsnest Pass was primarily a mining town for the better part of the last century. Once the last mine closed in 1979, the local economy reinvented itself, diversifying into oil and gas, tourism, and lumber. Twenty years later, the community found itself in the middle of an economic boom. Now, in 2007, the economy is healthy, growing, and gaining momentum.

Ironstone Lookout has entered the fray of these prosperous times for the Pass, and presents a solid prospect for the keen investor.
